Last week we went to PCB so Lori could get her fix.  Seriously, she goes crazy without it.  While there, a guy walked by us in a blue jumpsuit . . . at the beach.  Found out yesterday that it was FEMA.  The last day we thought we found tar, guess we went just in time.
